Katy-WoldaKaty Wolda – Dealer Training Manager,
In her 15 years with AutoNation, Katy Wolda has learned what it takes to be successful at nearly every level of automotive retail, from individual contributor to dealership manager and national program leader. After quickly becoming a top-performing sales associate within her store upon first joining the company, Katy earned promotions to BDC Manager, Regional eCommerce District Manager and General Sales Manager before transitioning into a key contributor to several of AutoNation’s national initiatives. Among her accomplishments include the rollout of the group’s CRM system, implementing standardized sales and service processes for the company’s BDCs nationally and training at every level on customer service, phone skills and CRM, as well as sales and service processes.

Ed_WoelfleEd Woelfle – 
As training manager, Ed Woelfle is responsible for training staff on everything from product knowledge to dealership process. In his role, he’s also worked closely with automotive manufacturers on training initiatives such as digital merchandising, reputation management, and mobile/social channel reach. Before joining the training team, Ed served as an affiliate sales manager, where he facilitated training and development at several affiliate newspapers and television stations throughout the country.

Prior to, Ed worked with United Airlines for 15 years as a national account manager out of their world headquarters, working with their largest retail travel suppliers. Among his numerous achievements, Ed was awarded the Top Supplier Award from both American Express and Carlson Companies while at United.
