Prior to joining, Foster served as the director of Internet sales and marketing for a top 50-ranked Chevrolet dealership in Michigan. She began her career as a sales consultant before moving into training and senior sales management positions. Foster brings more than 10 years of automotive industry experience to her current role, focusing on increasing profitability, sales process implementation and improvement, employee development and retention and customer satisfaction.
