Car shoppers have an unprecedented number of options to choose from when selecting both a vehicle and dealership to purchase from – and they’re leaving them open. Research firm Millward Brown recently found that the overwhelming majority (95%) of car shoppers are undecided about which dealership to purchase from when they first come into market. Reinforcing the notion that dealerships can influence buying decisions by reaching customers while they’re actively car shopping – online and on mobile devices – competitive dealerships have a unique opportunity to win new sales.
